PRODUCTION: Manual picking in boxes that can contain 15kg of grapes, with double check of the bunches when they are selected in the vineyards and when they enter in the bodega. Less than 24 hours maceration, so it is devatted without any mechanic pressure, only obtained by the gravity the grapes exert. ALCOHOLIC GRADE: 14% VOL.
AGEING: Light aging in French oak barrels.
COLOUR: Intense pink cherry colour, shining and vivace, with plenty of tear
NOSE: Fruity and clean, with notes of soft fruits and flowers.
MOUTH: Nice and balanced with acidity gives the palate persistence, smooth and satiny.
PRODUCTION: 2.000 bottles.
MARRIAGE: Preferably with starters, Italian or Asian food, white meats and fish.
