TYPE OF GRAPE: Tempranillo 100%
VINEYARD AGE: Between 40 and 50 years
PREPARATION: Manual harvest carried out in boxes of 15 kg capacity, with double selection of bunches in the vineyard and table at the entrance to the winery. Maceration of less than 24 hours, with which it is bled without mechanical pressure, aided by the gravity exerted by the grape grains on each other. Fermentation in conical stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 14ºC.
ALCOHOL DEGREE: 14% VOL.
AGING: Light aging in French oak barrels.
COLOR: Intense strawberry color, bright and lively, with abundant tears.
NOSE: Fruity and clean with notes of berries and flowers.
MOUTH: Long and complex with a final sensation, red fruits. Unctuous and glyceric.
PRODUCTION: 2,000 bottles.
