VINEYARD AGE: More tan 20 years old
WINEMAKING: Manual harvest. Classic elaboration with destemmed and semi-crushed grapes, carrying out alcoholic fermentation at 23º with autochthonous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 20-22º C and the wine finishes its production by resting for 5 months in the bottle before going on the market.
ALCOHOLIC GRADE: 14,5% VOL.
COLOUR: Intense cherry red with violet tones.
NOSE: Intense aroma of ripe black fruits, appreciating floral and fruity notes.
MOUTH: Fresh fruit, with a balance between acidity and ripe tannins, soft and pleasant.
PRODUCTION: 30,000 bottles.
MARRIAGE: Red meats, roasts, cooked vegetables, every type of hunting, matured cheese and foie.
TEMPERATURE FOR SERVING: Between 14ºC and 16ºC.
