GRAPE TYPE: 100% Tempranillo
VINEYARD AGE: Between 15 and 20 years.
WINEMAKING: Manual picking carried out in boxes of 15 kg capacity, with double selection of bunches in the vineyard and table at the entrance to the winery. Maceration of less than 24 hours, which proceeds to bleed without mechanical pressure, aided by the gravity exerted by the grape grains on each other. Fermentation in conical stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 14ºC.
ALCOHOLIC GRADE: 14% VOL.
COLOUR: Intense pink cherry colour, shining and vivace, with plenty of tear.
NOSE: Aroma of fruit and flowers. Fresh on the palate with body
MOUTH: Long and complex with a final full of sensations, red fruits. Unctuous and glyceric.
PRODUCTION: 15.000 bottles
MARIDAJE:Preferably with starters, Italian or Asian food, white meats and fish
TEMPERATURA DE SERVICIO:Between 8 and 10ºC.
