Bodegas Sanz Severino is a family winery steeped in winemaking tradition. It offers an unforgettable experience through the winemaking process, showcasing traditional methods combined with innovation in the production of wines from Murón, Roble de Murón, Heritage, and Llanomingomez, among others.
The guided tour consists of a visit to the winery where you will learn how our great wines are made, our philosophy, and our origins. Visitors will enjoy one of the highlights of the visit: discovering the old winery, where they can admire an old barrel and see how the wines are traditionally obtained.
To conclude the tour, they will enjoy a tasting of our wines accompanied by an aperitif.
Tour the interior and exterior of the winery to learn about our production process and discover our Viga de Lagar Museum, a gem that connects the winemaking past and present. End the experience with a tasting of our wines, paired with selected tapas or a tasting menu designed by our culinary team.

The Hoces del Río Riaza Natural Park.
Our winery is surrounded by one of the largest groups of gorges, canyons, cliffs, and ravines in the Iberian Peninsula: the Hoces del Río Riaza Natural Park.
In addition to its spectacular landscape, this solitary geographical area is home to a significant concentration of birds of prey, including around 200 pairs of griffon vultures. The slopes and rocky escarpments are covered by relict forests of the common juniper tree, a true living fossil from the Tertiary period. In a widening of the canyon, the Casuar Hermitage appears, a 12th-century Romanesque church, partially in ruins, which was declared a Site of Cultural Interest in 1997, with the category of Monument.
There are numerous different routes to take, on foot or by bike, within the park. You will find information brochures at the Park House, located just a few meters from our winery.
Hermitage of San Martín del Casuar
This beautiful Romanesque-style chapel is located in a striking setting, at the widening of one of the canyons.
The basilica-shaped building displays a characteristic Romanesque architecture, with its single nave built of formwork masonry, a bell gable over the west gable, two doorways on the north and south facades, and an ashlar chevet composed of a presbytery section and a semicircular apse.
It is one of the nearby monuments worth visiting.
Segovia Aqueduct
This impressive engineering feat located in the city of Segovia is the city’s most important symbol. It was built between the second half of the 1st century and the beginning of the 2nd century.
The aqueduct carries water from the Fuenfría spring, located in the mountains, to the city, covering more than 15 kilometers. The water is first collected in a cistern, and from there it is piped to the city.
It is a marvelous work that is a must-see.
